A commercial establishment identified on a specific information logo sign shall conform to all applicable laws concerning the provision of public accommodations without regard to race, religion, color, sex, or national origin. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
