(a) A person may not place or maintain a sign on a state highway right-of-way unless authorized by state law.(b) A person commits an offense if the person violates this section.(c) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
