§ 394.0202

(a) The commission shall issue a license to a person who:(1) files with the commission a completed application form within the time specified by the commission;(2) pays the appropriate license fee; and(3) files with the commission a surety bond.(b) A license may be issued for one year or longer.(c) At least 30 days before the date on which a person's license expires, the commission shall notify the person of the impending expiration. The notice must be in writing and sent to the person's last known address according to the records of the commission. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1345 (S.B. 1420), Sec. 49(a), eff.
