A person who operates a junkyard or an automotive wrecking and salvage yard, in screening the yard, shall comply, to the extent practicable, with an applicable ordinance adopted by a political subdivision. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
