A fence required by Section 397.003 may consist in whole or in part of a wall and door of a completely enclosed building on the premises if the wall or door is constructed and maintained as required by this chapter for a fence. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
