All automotive vehicles, parts, and other materials located on an automotive wrecking and salvage yard shall be arranged to allow reasonable access to and inspection of the yard by an authorized fire, health, police, or building official. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
