(a) A person commits an offense if the person operates an automotive wrecking and salvage yard in violation of this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.(c) Each day a violation continues is a separate offense. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
