The appropriate municipal authority may revoke or refuse to issue or renew a person's municipal license to operate an automotive wrecking and salvage yard if the authority finds the person violated a provision of this chapter. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
