(a) A corporation's existence begins when its certificate of incorporation is issued.(b) After the issuance of the certificate of incorporation, the incorporation may not be contested for any reason.(c) A certificate of incorporation is conclusive evidence that:(1) all conditions for incorporation required of the incorporators and the commission are satisfied; and(2) the corporation is incorporated under this chapter.
