§ 431.068

(a) A corporation may contract with the commission to:(1) construct or improve a transportation project designated by the commission; and(2) sell the project or improvement to the commission.(b) For a transportation project constructed by a corporation, the corporation may contract with the commission for the commission to:(1) supervise the construction; or(2) provide construction management services.(c) A corporation and a county, a home-rule municipality, a county road district created under Chapter 257, or a road utility district created under Chapter 441 may contract to pay jointly the cost of a transportation project designated by the commission. The contract may obligate the corporation to design, construct, or improve the transportation project. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
