A corporation may construct or improve a transportation project on real property, including a right-of-way acquired by the corporation, provided to the corporation for that purpose by the commission or a political subdivision of this state. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
