(a) A corporation shall submit a bond or note authorized under Section 431.070 and a contract supporting its issuance to the attorney general for examination.(b) If the attorney general finds that the bond or note, and any supporting contract are authorized under this chapter, the attorney general shall approve them.(c) After approval by the attorney general, a bond, note, or contract may not be contested for any reason.
