A local government that creates a local government corporation may establish and enforce traffic and other public safety rules on a toll road, toll bridge, or turnpike of the corporation. Local governments that jointly create a local government corporation may jointly establish and enforce those rules. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
