(a) Articles of amendment adopted by the board shall be executed by:(1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and(2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation.(b) Articles of amendment adopted by the commission shall be executed by:(1) the presiding officer of the commission; and(2) the secretary or clerk of the commission.(c) One of the officers signing the articles shall verify each of the articles of amendment.
