As soon as practicable after conclusion of the hearing, the commission shall adopt an order:(1) granting the creation of the district and approving the plan; or(2) denying the petition and disapproving the plan. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
