Conveyance of a road facility to a governmental entity under this subchapter does not affect:(1) the sole responsibility of the district to pay in full the principal of and interest and any premium on any outstanding district bonds or other indebtedness; or(2) the district's responsibility to perform the obligations provided by the orders or resolutions authorizing the bonds or other indebtedness.
