§ 441.211

(a) Any property owner may file with the board a petition requesting that the real property be annexed to the district. The property is not required to be contiguous to the district.(b) The petition must:(1) describe the property by metes and bounds, or if there is a recorded plat of the property, by lot and block number; and(2) be executed as provided by law for the conveyance of real property.
