An authority required by Section 451.454 to contract for a performance audit shall, before February 1 of every second odd-numbered year, deliver a copy of each audit report and of the authority's response to the report to:(1) the governor;(2) the lieutenant governor;(3) the speaker of the house of representatives;(4) each member of the legislature whose district includes territory in the authority;(5) the state auditor;(6) the county judge of each county having territory in the authority; and(7) the presiding officer of the governing body of each municipality having territory in the authority.
