(a) A board shall hold at least one regular meeting each month to transact the business of the authority. The board by resolution recorded in the minutes of the board's meetings shall set the place, date, and time for each regular meeting.(b) The presiding officer of the board or the general manager of the authority may by written notice call a special meeting of the board.
