(a) An asset of the district shall be held in the name of the authority.(b) The authority shall keep separate books and accounting records for the funds, revenues, expenses, and other property of the district. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 155, Sec. 1, eff. May 21, 1999.
