(a) The members of the executive committee shall elect from among its membership a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary.(b) The executive committee may appoint, as necessary, members or nonmembers as assistant secretaries.(c) The secretary or assistant secretary shall:(1) keep permanent records of each proceeding and transaction of the authority; and(2) perform other duties assigned by the executive committee.
