(a) A subregional board shall elect from its membership a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary.(b) The board may appoint, as necessary, members or nonmembers as assistant secretaries.(c) The secretary or assistant secretary shall:(1) keep permanent records of each proceeding and transaction of the board; and(2) perform other duties assigned by the board.
