A subregional board may adopt on a two-thirds vote of the board a budgeting policy for the authority that provides for the adoption and implementation of a budget that extends for two fiscal years, with annual reviews as needed. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 509, Sec. 3, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
