(a) After the adoption of the resolution or order authorizing the appointment of the interim subregional board, the appointments shall be made.(b) The interim subregional board of a subregion that has no principal municipality with a population of more than 1.1 million according to the most recent federal decennial census is composed of 11 members appointed as provided by Section 452.562(b).
