In this subchapter, 'personal property' includes personal property of any kind or character, including:(1) a vehicle, as defined by Section 502.001, that is damaged or disabled;(2) spilled cargo;(3) a hazardous material as defined by 49 U.S.C. App. Section 1802; and(4) a hazardous substance as defined by Section 26.263, Water Code. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
