A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 501.0331. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $100. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357), Sec. 69, eff. January 1, 2012.
