(a) The owner of a commercial motor vehicle registered under Section 502.433 commits an offense if the person uses or permits the use of the vehicle for a purpose other than one allowed under Section 502.433. Each use or permission of use in violation of this section is a separate offense.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $200.
