(a) The attorney general or a district, county, or city attorney may enforce this chapter and bring an enforcement action in the county in which a violation of this chapter is alleged to have occurred.(b) A justice or municipal court has concurrent original jurisdiction with the county court or a county court at law over an action to enforce this chapter.
