(a) In addition to any other penalty prescribed by this chapter, a person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $50 or more than $1,000.(b) For purposes of this section, each act in violation of this chapter and each day of a continuing violation is a separate violation.
