FEDERAL HUMANITARIAN SERVICE MEDAL. The department shall issue specialty license plates for recipients of the federal Humanitarian Service Medal. The license plates must include:(1) the words 'Humanitarian Service Medal'; and(2) a depiction of the federal Humanitarian Service Medal emblem.
