Without reference to the amendment of this subsection, this section was repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1290 (H.B. 2017), Sec 44(a)(4), eff. September 1, 2011. (a) The department shall issue specialty license plates for a current or visiting state or federal judge. The license plates must include the words 'State Judge' or 'U.S. Judge,' as appropriate.(b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1290, Sec. 44(a)(4), eff. September 1, 2011.(c) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1290, Sec. 44(a)(4), eff.
