The department shall issue without charge specialty license plates for municipal buses, motor buses, and private buses. The license plates must include the words 'City Bus,' 'Motor Bus,' or 'Private Bus,' as appropriate. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff.
