(a) The department shall issue specialty license plates that include the words 'Smile Texas Style.' The department shall design the license plates in consultation with the Texas Dental Association.(b) After deduction of the department's administrative costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates shall be deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund to be used only by the Texas Department of Health in making grants to benefit the Texas Dental Association Financial Services for the sole use of providing charitable dental care.
