(a) The department shall issue Fight Terrorism specialty license plates that include a pentagon-shaped border surrounding:(1) the date '9-11-01' with the likeness of the World Trade Center towers forming the '11';(2) the likeness of the United States flag; and(3) the words 'Fight Terrorism.'(b) The fee shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.
