§ 521.252

(a) The court that signs an order granting an occupational driver's license may, at any time, issue an order revoking the license for good cause.(b) The court that signed an order granting an occupational driver's license shall issue an order revoking the license if the person is restricted to the operation of a motor vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device and operates a vehicle that is not equipped with an ignition interlock device, unless authorized to operate the vehicle under Section 521.246(e).(c) The court shall send a certified copy of the order to the person and to the department.
