§ 521.312

(a) Revocation of a license is for an indefinite period.(b) Except as provided by Subsection (c) or Subchapter O, the department may not suspend a license for a period that exceeds one year.(c) The department may not reinstate a license revoked under Section 521.294(5) until the court that filed the report for which the license was revoked files an additional report on final disposition of the case.
