(a) A person who violates a provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided commits an offense.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
