§ 522.026

(a) A person commits an offense if the person drives a commercial motor vehicle and has more than one driver's license.(b) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution of an offense under this section that the offense occurred during the 10-day period beginning on the date the person was issued a driver's license.(c) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
