(a) A continuance under Section 524.032 stays the suspension of a driver's license until the date of the final decision of the administrative law judge.(b) A suspension order may not go into effect pending a final decision of the administrative law judge as a result of a continuance granted under Section 524.039.(c) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 766 (H.B. 4528), Sec. 8, eff.
