§ 543.114

(a) A person may not distribute written information to advertise a provider of a driving safety course within 500 feet of a court having jurisdiction over an offense to which this subchapter applies. A violation of this section by a provider or a provider's agent, employee, or representative results in loss of the provider's status as a provider of a course approved under Chapter 1001, Education Code.(b) This section does not apply to distribution of information:(1) by a court;(2) to a court to obtain approval of the course; or(3) to a court to advise the court of the availability of the course.
