Each magistrate or judge of a court not of record and each clerk of a court of record shall keep a record of each case in which a person is charged with a violation of law regulating the operation of vehicles on highways. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
