If a lane-direction-control signal is placed over an individual lane of a highway, a vehicle may travel in a lane over which a green signal is shown but may not enter or travel in a lane over which a red signal is shown. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
