§ 545.406

(a) An operator moving on a downgrade may not coast with the gears or transmission of the vehicle in neutral.(b) An operator of a truck, tractor, or bus moving on a downgrade may not coast with the clutch disengaged. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
