A school bus or a motor vehicle that transports passengers for hire or lease shall be equipped with at least one quart of chemical-type fire extinguisher in good condition and located for immediate use. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
