§ 601.082

If evidence of financial responsibility is required to be filed with the department under this chapter, a motor vehicle liability insurance policy that is to be used as evidence must be certified under Section 601.083 or 601.084. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
