The commission by rule may impose restrictions on the weight and size of vehicles to be operated on state highways on the following holidays only:(1) New Year's Day;(2) Memorial Day;(3) Independence Day;(4) Labor Day;(5) Thanksgiving Day; and(6) Christmas Day.
