In this subchapter:(1) 'Automobile transporter' has the meaning assigned by 49 U.S.C. Section 31111.(2) 'Backhaul' means the return trip of a vehicle transporting cargo or general freight.(3) 'Stinger-steered' means a truck-tractor and semitrailer combination in which the fifth wheel is located on a drop frame located behind and below the rearmost axle of the truck-tractor.
