§ 623.105

(a) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) provides compensation to another for the movement of a manufactured home over a highway, road, or street in this state; and(2) knows the other person is not authorized by law to move the home.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000.
