Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter shall not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. Violation of this provision shall constitute a moving violation. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
