Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter shall not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. Violation of this provision shall constitute a moving violation. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 786, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
